At least it's natural. In australia, it is all picked green, sent to the central markets in the capital cities, stored up to three weeks, then gassed to ripen them, according to supply and demand!

How are you getting them to ripen sequentially like that? I usually buy from several different bunches so that I don't have too many ripe at the same time.
Here they sell bananan much longer and slimmer in shape :)))))

WE get a lot of green bananas here in England. The do the same thing in theUK as they do in Australia
