Pasar Malam (Night Market)

Times are bad now...and this is clearly reflected in the business of many pasar malam (a collection of temporary stalls located in neighbourhood, selling food; clothes; toys; accessories; and etc.) stalls which i visited yesterday. Although it is school holidays now, there was no crowd at most stalls yesterday.

Here are some pics taken. ;)

1. Food

Mini Food Mart

Ramly Burgers

Tea Eggs

2. Fun

Games

Playgrounds

3. Others

Clothes

Cartoon Accessories

  2. People are keeping their money for a rainy day. You heard MM, we will take at least 3 years to get out of this recession if we are lucky. Unlucky, it will be 6 years. :(

  3. I prefer the pasar malam in Msia. More varieties of stalls. They even sell vegetables and fish. I went to Vivo City yesterday. It was packed with people. Really confused! :(

  13. It looks like a nice place where you can find a lot of interesting things to buy. I hope that the sales will pick up soon for the sake of the sellers.

  18. People mostly go to the pasar malam for the food, as most items being sold there can be easily found at the neighbourhood shops.
