My chef made these ang paus (sweet red* buns; 红包) with wheat flour, glutinous rice flour, yeast, rice wine biscuit (酒饼) and sugar. [*They're not exactly red, but pink.]
Such buns are also available in markets but no rice wine biscuit is added:

thanks a lot!!!
Those look wonderful, Dora!
can i have one please?
One with a cup of coffee please! :)
It takes but a pale pink to qualify for Ruby Tuesday! Sweet buns like this are not seen in the Northeast US, but these would sell well here, to have with your morning coffee...
You made me crave something sweet - they look healthier then any sweets I have around!
Well, Dora, I think I'd like some of these. Do we have them for desert or for breakfast?
mmm I'll try one ;)
I've never eaten one of these before...I should try...I generally like stuff with glutinous rice flour..:)
I've never seen anything like this before. I'd be tempted to try it that's for sure.
Yummy and good for you.
They look tasty!
They look nice!
Not Ang Pows as in red packets with $ in it meh?
