Hakka Delicacy Food Festival
Visited the Hakka Delicacy Food Festival at Kallang Theatre just now... It was so crowded! Many traditional Hakka dishes (such as the Hakka Lui Cha, Abacus Seeds, Mee Tai Mak, "Pillow" Dumpling and etc.) were available.

Chingay at Bukit Panjang 2012
Chingay came to Bukit Panjang yesterday! Besides the 11 floats, there were stage performances, dragon* dance performance, fireworks, and etc. *The "dragon" was made from 5400 drink cans!

Yam Cake
My neighbour gave us this steamed yam cake which contains a big, delicious helping of these ingredients - yam, sausage, dried shrimps and mushrooms. Yummy! :D

CNY 2012 Lunch
We celebrated CNY (Chinese New Year) with my cousins and their kids yesterday.
Besides these, my chef also cooked red bean soup with lotus seeds and mandarin orange peel.
