So it's supposed to be purple?? Cool pic!
Yup! :)I also like yellow sweet potatoes.
Yummy! Happy WW! :)
Hmmm...I think you used some Japanese sweet potatoes that were purple in color, right?:)Last time Mummy did that and our sweet potato dessert came out the same color...I've posted in my blog a long long time ago...gotta backtrack through my old posts:p
ck-ii:hope u are not salivating. ha ha.christy:yup, u are correct. ;)
I'd close my eyes for the first bite. (:
Should be nutritious but I seldom take potatoes of all kinds, be it the normal kentang or sweet potatoes!
You made the soup!! Yours looks much nicer than mine!! This light purple colour is great and tempting.. And, i like the size of the potatoes you cut...You did not boil it too long, do you? As what I knew, boiling too long will easily disintergrate this type of Jap Sweet Potato... Anyway, your bowl looks successful! Thanks for trying and sharing it!!
Looks yum! :)
Sweet potatoes are such a perfect, nutritious food! They certainly look colorful in your soup TFS!
Now that's an idea to get my daughter to eat more vegetables... try purple sweet potatoes!
Pamela: and u will open ur eyes after the 1st bite cos ur tongue send a signal to ur brain saying it's yummy.
