Food @ The Rail Mall

The Rail Mall is located near Upper Bukit Timah Road and it has a stretch of restaurants and shops.

Why is it called "Rail Mall"? This is because there's a railway track nearby!

Talking about restaurants, there is a Japanese restaurant called Ramen Ramen which is owned by my ex-colleague's brother. Have tried the food there before and yes, they are yummy. :) Besides Bukit Timah, they also have another branch at Plaza Singapura. You may like to give it a try.

The sight of BlooiE's RoadHouse reminds me of the delicious Portabello Mushroom Burger which i had with my friend last time. The mushroom is so thick and juicy...*salivating*...oops, i'm hungry now. ;p

As my chef prefers Chinese food to Japanese/Western food, we had our lunch at EAT. (opens 24-hour) which serves food like fish ball noodles, minced pork and mushrooms noodles, laksa and etc.

What food did you have during the weekend? Hope you had an enjoyable weekend. ;)

napaboaniya: Yup, that was our 1st time visiting there though we stay quite near there.

fickleminded: Oh. SO happy to hear this. ;)

tigerfish: That's another reason why we only chose to eat the noodles also. ;p

That mall must be very accessible to a lot of people considering that it's near a railway.

I could just imagine how delicious that burger is just by the way you described it.

Thanks for visiting my blog.

heart of rachel: The trains only pass by the mall and there's no station there. Actually, it's quite a quiet place but can be crowded on weekends when people do their shopping or dine there.

peachkins: Ha ha. Next time show us some of the interesting malls at ur side. :)

milet: Thanks for ur email. ;)

gen/entry & jeanne: Yes yes, we enjoyed it.

lynn: Yup, u're correct! ;p

shinade: Yeh! Hope u have a great week too! :)
