It is sad to see green bananas being sold -which only mean the bananas we are eating are not max. in nutritional value.

At least it's natural. In australia, it is all picked green, sent to the central markets in the capital cities, stored up to three weeks, then gassed to ripen them, according to supply and demand!

BTW, pls come over to my blog and collect your award.

Bananas. Like it fried. Like it baked. Like it BBQ. Like it sugared. Like it on its own. Love it.

We like bananas but we usually go for the bigger and orange-y ones :)
In fact I just baked four mini-loaves of banana bread a while ago :)

Happy week to you, Dora :)

How are you getting them to ripen sequentially like that? I usually buy from several different bunches so that I don't have too many ripe at the same time.

That's a neat shot. Good that they don't all ripen at the same time.
