Longevity NoodlesMany Chinese love to eat these noodles, which according to them represent longevity. They usually eat them on their birthdays.
Stir-Fried Longevity NoodlesMy chef stir-fried the longevity noodles with minced crab meat, char siew (BBQ pork), egg, Chinese leeks, carrot and Cai Sim. Looks yummy right? Do you want some? ;p
