Dried Fig Drink

According to some websites, figs (无花果) are a good source of fibre and potassium which helps to regulate blood pressure. Here's a simple recipe for preparing dried fig drink.

Ingredients:
(1) Dried Figs (~100g)
(2) Water (~1500ml)

Directions:
(1) Rinse the dried figs.
(2) Place the dried figs in a pot containing 1500ml of water and bring them to boil.
(3) Simmer for 10 minutes and then serve.

Hope you like this drink! ;)

无花果 - reminds me of the preserved kiam sing ti!

Tried the fresh ones in US before. Not too bad.
