The red offers an attractiveness to a plain looking dish. But as I am a bit of a carnivore, I'd take the pork as well...Happy Ruby Tuesday!

napaboaniya & Darkspore: Ha ha. Most vegetarian Char Siew are not very nice...Luckily, we have found good one.

Ralph: I'm an omnivore...so i like the real ones too.

Roger, Pia K, Gattina, Raven, Jientje, crazy working mom & Dianne: Thanks for visiting. The noodles shown here are called Mee Pok (literally means flat and thin noodles) ;p.

peachkins: Its savoury. Some ketchup was added and so it's a bit sour.

Catherine: Yes, i agree. :)

ramblingwoods: Hee hee. ;p

Kay: That's bcos' all love food!

I found a very nice vegetarian char siew (marinated with honey) at my nearby wet market. When I gave it to my relatives, they liked it very much until brought some back to Msia & Jpn. ;)
