My chef made these ang paus (sweet red* buns; 红包) with wheat flour, glutinous rice flour, yeast, rice wine biscuit (酒饼) and sugar. [*They're not exactly red, but pink.]

It takes but a pale pink to qualify for Ruby Tuesday! Sweet buns like this are not seen in the Northeast US, but these would sell well here, to have with your morning coffee...
