Home-made Yong Tau Foo

My chef is a Hakka and she loves Yong Tau Foo. Here are some Yong Tau Foo which she has prepared.

Yong Tau Foo (Bean Curd)

Yong Tau Foo (Bittergourd)

Looks tempting right? Especially when so much meat (fish paste, minced pork and prawns) is stuffed in the bean curd and bittergourd! ;p

Does she put dried flat-fish in it? I heard from a Hakka friend that it is a must for hakka Yong Tau Foo.
